We are a privately held futures brokerage located in
Northern Nevada, guaranteed by Vision, LP in New
York City. We serve commodity traders throughout the US
and overseas. We deal exclusively in trading
commodities, futures and futures options*, and we are a registered
member of the National Futures Association.

Hours
of Operation |
|
We keep generous hours and are always available during
the regular US futures trading session. Unlike most
futures brokers, we answer the phones nearly all day long - from
5:10 am to 6:00 pm, Pacific Time. We also respond to
all email and messages promptly - frequently
after-hours and on weekends. Additionally, our
online trading platform is available virtually around
the clock.

What is Your Relationship to Vision LP?
 |
|
We work in partnership with Vision LP, introducing
clients to their futures clearing and accounting services,
while retaining control of our own network of pit brokers.
All commodity futures trading accounts with Atticus Partners are housed at
Vison, LP and subject to the strict accounting and
reporting standards and oversight of the National
Futures Association and the Commodity Futures
Trading Commission.

Who isn't Atticus Partners?

Atticus
Partners of Incline Village, Nevada solely deals in
transacting retail futures trades on a commission
basis. With the exception of a license
granting Atticus Partners use of the federally
registered mark ATTICUS, Atticus Partners is in no
way associated with or related to Atticus Capital of
New York, New York or any other entity of similar
name. |
